Information for guests with disabilities
LEGOLAND Japan provides various services for our guests with disabilities, so that they can enjoy our park in the same way as other guests. Should you have any concerns or enquiries, please feel free to come to Guest Services or contact any of our staff nearby.
A persons who escorts a guest with disabilities is entitled to visit our park
In case a guest with an ID Booklet for Disabled People issued by the Japanese authorities (ID Booklet for physically disabled/intellectually challenged persons and Health and Welfare Booklet for mentally disabled persons) has already purchased a ticket and visits our park with a person who escorts him/her, the entrance fee for the escorting person would be waived. Please present the ID Booklet for Disabled Persons at the ticket booth at the park entrance.
Note: This can only be processed at the ticket booth at the park entrance. Please note that advance arrangements through the LEGOLAND® Japan website or at Seven-Eleven are not available.
Sensory Guide
To ensure that visitors who are sensitive to stimuli can enjoy the Park with peace of mind, all attractions are equipped with “the Sensory Guide” (supervised by IBCCES) that indicates the intensity of stimulation in terms of touch, taste, hearing, smell, and sight on an 11-point scale. Visitors can also borrow ear muffs that inhibit sounds and excessive stimulation, and rest areas are available for visitors to spend time in a less stimulating environment.
For more information about the sensory guide, please see the “Useful Services” page.
Assisted Access Pass
Guests who may have difficulty queuing for attractions for an extended period of time are entitled to utilize the "Assisted Access Pass." With this pass, instead of waiting in a long queue, you can wait in other areas. You will not be able to utilise this pass at multiple attractions simultaneously. Once an attraction is utilised, you must wait for a fixed period of time (as indicated by wait time of the attraction at the time of usage) before you are able to use this pass at another attraction.
