The following information is regarding the response to ticket and hotel accommodation reservations in related to Typhoon No. 10 (Shanshan). (Updated on September 1)
Regarding Tickets and Hotel Reservations
If you are unable to visit LEGOLAND Japan Resort due to transportation disruptions, delays, or other traffic disruptions caused by the typhoon or related weather conditions, the following measures will be taken.
Ticket
When you visit on rescheduled date, we will exchange your ticket for a valid ticket free of charge at the Park Ticket Counter.
Date of reservation:
Thursday, August 29, 2024 - Monday, September 2, 2024
Period of visit that can be changed:
Within 3 months from the date of visit
Change fee:
Free of charge
* If the ticket price for the changed date is higher than the ticket you purchased, you will be required to pay the difference. Even if the changed price is lower than the purchased price, we will not refund the difference.
* The above information applies to 1-DAY Passports and Combo 1-DAY Passports. If you have purchased optional tickets such as a Skip Pass or Birthday Package, please contact our call center.
Hotel Accommodation Reservations
If you are unable to visit the hotel on the reserved date, we will cancel your reservation free of charge.
Please note that this service is applicable to guests who are unable to visit the hotel due to typhoons and related weather conditions and who wish to cancel after the announcement of transportation cancellations, etc. Cancellations made at the convenience of the customer or prior to the announcement of transportation cancellations will not be accepted.
