Being able to enjoy the popular attractions without having to wait in queue was truly amazing. Our child was so surprised that he almost went into a mini panic, saying, “Why?! How can we ride without waiting in queue?!” It seems it was such an incredible experience that it was almost too good to be true! (Haha)

The no-wait access and complimentary meals were very convenient and easy to use. When traveling with children, plans often change depending on their mood, so it might not have been necessary to have the tour schedule planned out so strictly in advance.

This was our third time participating. It was our second time having the same host, and since our children remembered her, they were able to enjoy the experience even more. We were also very happy that the host who took care of us during our first visit came by to say hello. Thank you for such a wonderful day. It turned out to be a truly wonderful birthday trip.

It is very good to have a room to take a rest, to change clothes. All the kids were having good time in the VIP room to play with the bricks. Also, the VIP experience covers everything so we don't need to make the reservation for the event we want to go (for example: water area.)

Thanks for everyone who works in LEGOLAND, they are so nice and work hard for keeping this wonderful place operating so great , and also thanks to our host again, my son says she is a great host and he feels so happy.
Q. What did you like most about the VIP Experience?
Everything was absolutely wonderful. First of all, even though we had three children, our host remembered all of their names and called each of them by name, which made us very happy. We really enjoyed the tour while learning lots of interesting facts and behind-the-scenes information about LEGOLAND. It was great that we were not just riding attractions, but also learning more about the theme park as we explored. Even we as parents sometimes mix up our children's names, but our host never got their names wrong once. She was always kind, friendly, and thoughtful. Her care went far beyond simply guiding us around. She constantly checked on our well-being, reminded us to stay hydrated, helped us with food arrangements, and even made sure we knew where the restrooms were. Her attentiveness was truly exceptional. Our children keep saying they want to come back again, and they also say they want to go on another tour with the same host. In fact, they are already saying that they want to book a VIP Tour again next time we visit. We are so happy that our very first LEGOLAND experience was through the VIP Tour, and that we were able to enjoy everything to the fullest.

My 11-year-old favorite were all the rides.
My favorite was the model building and making the mini-figures for the VIP stage. Very special!

My son says, “Thank you to the nice host for showing us so many fun things and taking lots of pictures of us!”
He has an autoimmune condition and has been undergoing treatment and regular hospital visits for about two years. My mother also had surgery for colon cancer last year and is currently undergoing chemotherapy. Because crowded places carry a higher risk of infection for both of them, we were concerned about waiting in lines.
The VIP Experiences allowed us to enjoy LEGO activities and take breaks in a private room, which gave us great peace of mind. We truly appreciated being able to relax and enjoy our visit in such a safe and comfortable environment. Thank you very much for your thoughtful and kind service.
