How to Make an Attraction Reservation

① Go to the reservation page

Open the reservation page from each button and
tap “Join the queue.”
*Example shown is Splash Pad.

② Register your email address

Follow the instructions on screen and
enter your email address.

③ Check the confirmation email

Close the screen and confirm that you
received the temporary registration email.

④ Tap the URL to open the reservation screen

Tap the URL included in the email and
open the reservation screen.

⑤ Select number of people and time slot

Choose the number of participants
and your preferred time slot.

⑥ Accept the terms of use

Review the terms and proceed after agreeing.
*Notification email service is not provided.

⑦ Confirm reservation details

Make sure all information is correct.

⑧ Reservation complete

When you see “Reservation Complete,”
your booking is finished. Please check your email.

⑨ Show your confirmation email at entry

Please present your confirmation email
at the attraction entrance.

Important Notes

  • Reservation is required in advance. Entry closes when capacity is reached.
  • Children 5 and under must must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Accompanying persons must be 16+ and at least 130cm tall.
  • One guardian may accompany up to two children.
  • Do not leave children unattended.
  • You will get wet in water attractions.
  • Swimwear is required for all users.
  • Barefoot use only in the area.
  • Arrive already changed into swimwear.
  • No eating or drinking inside attractions.
  • Splash Pad slide: minimum height 102 cm, maximum weight 90.9 kg.
  • Follow staff instructions in emergencies.
  • Operations may be suspended due to weather or system issues.
  • If suspended, reservations become invalid. No rescheduling or substitutions.

Not Permitted to Use

  • Guests who are unwell.
  • Guests with heart, neck, back, or spinal conditions.
  • Guests wearing unsecured medical devices.
  • Guests with abnormal blood pressure.
  • Guests who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.

Consult Staff Before Use

  • Guests with a fear of heights.
  • Guests with physical disabilities.
  • Guests prone to motion sickness.
  • Guests with respiratory conditions.
  • Wheelchair users.
  • Pregnant guests.
  • Guests with lower back pain.
  • Guests with tattoos.
